What We Built.

Two things to show you. The hardware we're working with — and what we've been running on it.

What We're Working With

Show the physical device. Keep it casual — you're showing friends what you've been working on.
So this is the hardware we've been building on. AOOSTAR WTR MAX. We've been calling it the Sovereign Cloud.

Quick rundown: 7 SSD bays, up to 100TB, WiFi 6, Ethernet, HDMI, USB-C. Runs Windows or Linux. Aluminum unibody. About $600.

The idea is pretty simple — instead of all your data and AI workloads living in someone else's cloud, they run locally on this. Your desk. Your hardware. Your rules.

We've been using it as our main machine for AI agent workloads, media production, the whole stack. So let us show you what that actually looks like.

Something We Made

Casual energy. "Let me show you something cool."
So we made a video ad for this hardware. 96 seconds. AI-generated — script, voiceover, visuals, everything. Let me just play it for you.
Play the video. Full screen. No commentary during playback.

"We used the product
to make the product."

After the video finishes. Conversational, not theatrical.
So here's the fun part. That whole thing was produced on this box. The ad for the hardware was made on the hardware.

The pipeline: Claude Code orchestrating everything. ElevenLabs for the voiceover. Fal.ai turning still product photos into video clips. Remotion composing 22 shots together synced to audio. One render command.

All running locally on a $600 machine.
We chose Claude Code over OpenClaw
for many reasons that we'll walk through live.
